Lumina is different from other personality and work-style assessments you might have taken before because it measures an individual’s “traits” (versus tools such as MBTI that assess ‘types’) and integrates behavioral qualities with different personality preferences. So rather than claiming you are extraverted (and therefore not introverted), Lumina Spark measures both ends of a personality trait independently and recognizes the uniqueness of individuals and leaders based on all types of unique qualities and aspects of who they are.
